Dear Quixx Customer,

Thank you for your purchase of Quixx Care System. We would like to inform you of the return policy for your items. We cannot accept any open box returns or any already used products. Any returns that are made must be in brand new condition, never been used, with the original packaging in tact.

When sending a return to us, you need to put the products in a separate, packaged box. Please include your name, phone number and order number in the packaging in order to receive a refund. The return address is:

We will only refund you for the products that are returned to us from your order. This return policy only applies to orders that have been made online at www.quixx-usa.com. You must return the QUIXX product to the return address within 45 days of the purchase to be eligible for a refund. We hope you understand our policy and will respect these guidelines. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you.
